BYK®-P 4200: 可有效降低聚烯烃化合物气味和VOC排放的脱臭剂
近年来,汽车生产中许多金属或玻璃标准件已经替换为塑料部件。残余的单体和杂质以及聚烯烃化合物的分解产物或氧化物可产生气味和VOC排放污染。
复合物厂商经常使用助剂吸附挥发性有机物(VOC),减少排放。这些助剂并不能固定上述物质,这些物质依然残留于塑料部件中。因此,这些物质在特定情况下可能重新释放。
BYK®-P 4200可在复合时明显降低不需要的VOC和气味。这一新助剂采用脱臭剂原理。它具有特殊的分子结构,可在颗粒的复合熔融阶段激活,因此几乎可将VOC完全从塑料粒子中清除。随之产生的VOC和助剂载体混合液在复合物生产的排气工序中以蒸汽形式散发,而塑料粒子则可继续被加工。
The use of BYK®-P 4200是一种易于使用的助剂方案,可协助复合物厂商满足气味和排放方面日益严格的要求。
