Controlled flocculating wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne medium-polar to high-polar industrial and architectural coatings as well as automotive fillers to prevent titanium dioxide flooding/floating in combination with colored pigments. Contains silicone to improve flooding/floating behavior.
