The Dispermat AE-C dispersers are a powerful and innovative generation of laboratory and pilot plant dissolvers for maximum control of the dispersion process. The patented "C" electronics can run the dispersion under constant speed or constant power control. All the primary dispersion parameters are displayed: shaft speed, mechanical power, motor torque, mill base temperature, impeller tip speed, and dispersion time. A serial interface with optional software is available to upload the dispersion parameters to a pc. The unique constant power control will adjust the motor shaft speed to compensate for the changes to the mill base viscosity; Constant power dispersion is ideal for running controlled experiments to assess formulation changes.
