The Dis­per­mat AE-C dis­persers are a pow­er­ful and inno­va­tive gen­er­a­tion of lab­o­ra­tory and pilot plant dis­solvers for max­i­mum con­trol of the dis­per­sion pro­cess.  The patented "C" elec­tron­ics can run the dis­per­sion under con­s­tant speed or con­s­tant power con­trol.  All the pri­mary dis­per­sion param­e­ters are dis­played:  shaft speed, mechan­i­cal power, motor torque, mill base tem­per­a­ture, impeller tip speed, and dis­per­sion time.  A serial inter­face with optio­nal soft­ware is avai­l­able to upload the dis­per­sion param­e­ters to a pc.  The unique con­s­tant power con­trol will adjust the motor shaft speed to com­pen­sate for the changes to the mill base vis­cos­ity; Con­s­tant power dis­per­sion is ideal for run­n­ing con­trolled exper­i­ments to assess for­mu­la­tion changes.
