Dis­per­mat® APS

The Dis­per­mat® can be con­verted into an effi­cient ver­ti­cal bead mill.  The grind­ing media and mill­base are added in 50/50 ratio into the APS con­tainer.  The milling impeller is rotated at a high speed to max­i­mize the dis­pers­ing pro­cess.  The mill­base is eas­ily separated from the grind­ing media by a sieve fil­ter at the bot­tom of the APS con­tainer.  Air pres­sure is applied to quickly evac­u­ate the mill­base.   
The APS is eas­ily moved to the side so the Dis­per­mat® can still be used as a dis­solver.
The APS can eas­ily fit on most Dis­per­mat® mod­els.

The stan­dard sieve size is 0.5 mm for bead diam­e­ters of 1.0 mm or greater.  There are optio­nal sieves of 0.1 mm for 0.3 mm beads and 0.2 mm sieve for 0.5 mm beads.
