Stormer Type Vis­come­ter

The dig­i­tal KU-2 vis­come­ter pro­vides a direct dig­i­tal read­ing in Krebs units (KU), cen­tipoise, and grams (gm). This sim­pli­fies an estab­lished test pro­ce­dure pro­vid­ing an imme­di­ate cal­cu­la­tion of the vis­cos­ity value. The vis­come­ter auto­mat­i­cally starts or stops by low­er­ing or rais­ing the vis­come­ter. The KU-2 auto­mat­i­cally estab­lishes the cor­rect rota­tio­nal speed to com­ply with ASTM method D 562.

The Dig­i­tal KU-2 can be equipped with an air purge that allows the inte­rior of the instru­ment to be pres­sur­ized with air or inert gas. Rec­om­mended when work­ing in a hazar­dous envi­ron­ment.
