The Dis­per­mat® fam­ily of high shear mix­ers includes instru­ments for appli­ca­tions, research and devel­op­ment, and qual­ity assu­r­ance. They range from sim­ple lab­o­ra­tory dis­solvers to larger PC con­nected machines.

Three new mod­els have been intro­duced that are com­pact and ver­satile. The LC and CV high speed dis­perser line offers an expanded capac­ity range. Enhance­ments in the motor design pro­vide a quiet, low main­te­nance oper­a­tion. Tem­per­a­ture sen­sors with auto­matic shut­down pre­vent the motor from over-heat­ing. The motor stands are designed for sta­ble oper­a­tion.

High Speed Dis­persers

The con­tainer is firmly held in place by a heavy-duty clamp­ing sys­tem. A stand with a safety device that com­plies with the Euro­pean stan­dard is also avai­l­able. These high shear dis­persers have been designed to accom­mo­date many of the acces­sory items that can con­vert them to per­form media grind­ing or dis­pers­ing under vac­uum.

DIS­PER­MAT LC30 AND LC55
The LC mod­els have iden­ti­cal fea­tures except the LC55 has a larger motor. The motor stand is small to save on bench space. They are ideal for high shear mix­ing and dis­pers­ing of small quan­ti­ties. A rotor-sta­tor acces­sory is an avai­l­able option for homo­g­e­niza­tion appli­ca­tions.

DIS­PER­MAT CV3
The Dis­per­mat CV3 has many of the pop­u­lar fea­tures that are requested in a lab dis­perser: vol­ume capac­ity up to 1 gal­lon, dig­i­tal dis­play, timer, tem­per­a­ture read-out, and safety devices. The timer fea­tures can be pro­grammed to change the speed sett­ing. This high-shear dis­perser can be con­verted to a bas­ket-milling sys­tem by the end-user.
