Additives for PVC Plastisols
For a better processing and quality of final PVC plastisol products, BYK supplies a variety of additives. These include wetting and dispersing additives for pigments and fillers, viscosity depressants, air release agents and defoamers, rheology modifiers to avoid sedimentation and pigment separation, moisture absorbers as well as foam stabilizers for mechanical foams and processing additives for calendering applications.

Polymer processing additive for PVC plastisols and thermoplastics. Excellent separation properties during processing of PVC plastisols and thermoplastic PVC. Increases throughput, reduces torque and melt flow index.
Polymer processing additive for thermoplastics (particularly filled compounds on the basis of PE, PP, PA, PVC, ABS) to improve the process parameters and mechanical properties, e.g. tensile strength and e-modulus.

Solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for PVC and thermoplastics applications to improve the dispersion and reduce the viscosity of filled and pigmented systems, e.g. in wallpapers, flooring, and artificial leather.
Wetting and dispersing additive for PVC, inorganic pigments, and fillers. Prevents settling and increases color strength. Prevents plasticizer separation.
DISPERPLAST®-1150Solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for PVC and thermoplastics applications to improve the dispersion and reduce the viscosity of filled and pigmented systems, e.g. in wallpapers, flooring, and artificial leather.
