CLAYTONE rheology additives from BYK are organically modified, natural phyllosilicates for universal usage in solvent-borne and in solvent-free systems. They provide a thixtropic flow behavior and significantly improve the anti-settling properties, the storage stability, and the sag resistance. CLAYTONE additives are mainly effective in the low and mid shear range.There are different types available to match the polarity of systems to which they are added.
