Starting January 1, 2026, BYK will expand its successful collaboration with Krahn to include additives for the personal care market in Poland.

Wesel, November 19, 2025 – BYK, one of the world’s leading suppliers in the field of additives and measuring instruments, will raise its prices for additives by five point two percent (5.2%), effective from February 1, 2026, or as existing contracts permit.

On December 2, 2025, our battery experts will provide insights into the chemistry of battery cells. To understand the usage of our additives during the WEBseminar, we are diving into the active materials and their characteristics. LFP, NCM, NCA, Graphite, Silicon: All active materials need to be processed in the cathode or anode slurry. Without the right choice of additives upscaling of cell production is almost impossible.

Starting in January 2026, the two companies will expand their established partnership to include the markets of Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania - four markets characterized by strong digital infrastructure, innovation-driven industries, and a clear trajectory of economic growth.
